- Will my vehicle be repaired using the manufacturer’s specified method of repair or will the car be repaired on an average cost basis?
- Will I have to pay an upfront excess?
- Will I receive a like for like replacement vehicle (similar to my own) for the total length of the repair, not just for 7 or 14 days?
- Can my family member who is on L or P Plates drive the loan car and if so, will there be no additional cost or higher excess?
